OMACentr®is the Head Office System of OMA PS mainly used by the oil companies. OMACentr®is the system delivering
the capability of programming vehicle identification units of the fleets within
the vehicle identification system, programming station attendant tags, programming
fleet and local customer key-chains by using the programming modules located in
the head office of the oil company. Communicating with the automation system present
at the service stations, head office system sends all the fleet information to the
automation solutions in all the stations. Apart from collecting all transactions
of dispensers, tanks and c-sore from the automation systems of stations, this application
stores the mentioned data in the central database, since all the transactions in
the stations are transferred to the head office. Information stored in the head
office is later used to generate reports and submitted to the users. Applications
such as limits, personal automation, point and loyalty can be managed either in
on-line mode or off-line mode management systems. Furthermore, integrated with the
ERP of the oil company (SAP, Logo, Oracle etc...), OMACentr®provides datas to besent
automatically to the ERP. Apart from the main functionalities of the CentrOmat®,
OMA PS designs this software dedicated to the needs of the oil company in order
to fulfill all the requirements integrated with OMA PS’s other automation solutions.
A special team is assigned in OMA PS for the revisions of the CentrOmat®. Designing
central management systems, designing its network structure and selecting the hardware
to be used requires a special proficiency. For this purpose, consultancy service
is also provided by OMA PS. At the moment, all the oil companies in Turkey using
OMA PS systems consider automation systems as a one the most important parameters
in their competition areas.
