All the outputs of the tanker are channeled into one output and automatic controlled valves are placed on this output.  Volumemeter of the tanker is replaced with a digital one. After the formal inspections tanker will be ready for the tanker automation system installation.The main unit is connected to the nozzle equipment installed on the tanker and main unit is also connected to the electric control valve. The large vehicles or the work machines that are going to be refueled will be sensed with the help of a VIU. This way the unit found on the tanker will be able to detect how much fuel is output for which vehicle. Apart from this type of fills, the tanker operator can also fill other units by using his / her attendant tag, which will be recorded under his/her name as sale. Because the automation system is connected with the output valve, any non-authorized fill will be stopped, even if started with an authorized vehicle and attempted to be filled to a non-authorized target. Therefore, all sales from the tanker are recorded for future reporting.

The tanker automation system is installed in the driver cabin of the tanker. After the fueling the system will print receipts, therefore a fueling receipt can be given to the end user.

The refueling information that is generated by the system is transferred to the Tanker Automation Head office through GPRS or another type of connection. From this Head Office the repots can be generated.
